These materials are used for springs, cause it could obtain high strength by cold working and heat treatment.

Materials SUS301-CSP, SUS304-CSP, SUS631, SUS632, and SUS420J2 are the common grades

produced by Wuxi Guanglu Special Steel Co., Ltd. 

We can give advice on selecting the right materials depended on the applications and requested specifications.

Austensitic grades SUS301, and SUS304, featured for its good work hardening properities,

corrosion reistance and workability. work temperature up to about 300℃.

Martensitic grade SUS420J2 that can be hardened and tempered heat treatment, 

material SUS420J2 stainless steel supplied in soft annealed condition which makes machining easier 

and with the quenching and tempering, it obtains kinds of different hardness to meet the desired work performance.

Precipitation hardening SUS631, SUS632 grades, semi austensitic precipitation hardening stainless steel

that provides high strength and hardness, good corrosion resistance and minimum distortion on heat treatment.

Materials supplied in solution annealed condition, it has better formed ability.

and for applications requiring maximum strength, Condition C, cold rolled SUS631, SUS632

stainless steel strip coil, followed by simple heat treatment CH900 processing taken.
