precipitation hardening ( X7CrNiAl17-7, 17-7PH ) is carried out while the materials delivered in condition C, cold rolled.

X10CrNi18-8 ( DIN 1.4310 )
X10CrNi18-8 is a chrome-nickel alloy generally used for corrosion-resistant disc springs.
This material achieves its potency by cold rolling, which magnetizes the disc springs to a certain extent.
Consequently, the maximum material thickness for the disc springs is limited to 2.00 mm.


X7CrNiAl17-7 ( DIN 1.4568 )
X7CrNiAl17-7 is a precipitation-hardened, corrosion-resistant spring steel.
This material achieves it potency via cold rolling and precipitation hardening.
In the pliable state, this disc spring corrosion resistant material is highly magnetic
and cold working the material further increases the magnetism.

X7CrNiMoAl15-7 ( DIN 1.4532, 1.4574 )
Material X7CrNiMoAl15-7, PH15-7Mo is a semi austenitic precipitation hardening stainless steel that
provides high strength and hardness, good corrosion resistance and minimum distortion on heat treatment.
Its corrosion resistance is superior to hardenable stainless grades such as 410, 420 and 431.


X5CrNi Mo18-10 ( DIN 1.4401 )
X5CrNiMo18-10 is vastly corrosion resistant disc spring material and naturally is unable to be magnetized.

High temperature belleville washers and those disc springs required to function at high temperatures
use a variety of precipitation-hardened materials from the nickel-base alloys group.

materials Inconel 718, and Inconel X 750, operating temeperatures range: -200 to 500℃.

X35CrMo17 ( DIN 1.4122 )
X35CrMo17 has a high thermal permanence due to the addition of molybdenum (Mo).
In some applications, this thermally stable material is corrosion resistant,
but limited at the material strengths required for disc springs.
The material is not corrosion resistant when introduced to seawater or similar environment.


X22CrMoV12-1 ( DIN 1.4923 )
This material is a heat-treatable molybdenum and vanadium steel containing thermally stable chrome
for applications with operating temperatures of – 60° C to 350° C.
X22CrMoV12-1 may hastily be unsuccessful due to brittle-fracture.
