ERNiCrMo-3 Nickel Welding Wire Inconel 625 Alloy Wire
Inconel alloy 625, UNS N06625 nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy with an addition of niobium
that acts with the molybdenum to stiffen the alloy's matrix and thereby provide high strength
without a strengthening heat treatment.
The alloy resists a wide range of severely corrosive environments and is especially resistant
to pitting and crevice corrosion.
Used in chemical processing, aerospace and marine engineering, pollutioncontrol equipment
and nuclear reactors.

ERNiCrMo-3 Nickel Alloy 625 is used for MIG, TIG and SAW welding of nickel-chrome-molybdenum alloys.
This very versatile filler metal can be used for welding of dissimilar joints between nickel-chrome-molybdenum
alloys and stainless carbon or low alloy steels. It can also be used for cladding as well as for spraying applications.
Nickel Alloy 625 with low iron is preferred in applications where dilution of iron must be controlled to a minimum.
