DIN X6CrAl13 EN 1.4002 AISI 405 Hot Rolled Stainless Steel Plate Annealed 1D
EN 1.4002, DIN X6CrAl13, Stainless steel 13% chrome steel, nonhardenable, has been used in
the as-welded condition.
It has been used for welded applications that require finish machining.
Corrosion resistance is similar to that of Type 410.
The stainless alloy 1.4002 possesses acceptable resistance to sulfide stress cracking at
Rockwell C22 maximum hardness.
