AISI 446 ( EN 1.4749 DIN X18CrN28 ) Stainless Steel Round Bar Wire
Grades 1.4713 1.4724 1.4742 1.4749 1.4762 are a series of ferritic heat resisting stainless steels with
varying amounts of silicon, chromium and aluminium.
They are useful for temperatures up to 1150°C depending on grade.
Characteristic properties
