AISI 420, EN 1.4031 ( C 0.39, Cr 13.50 ) is a corrosion and heat resistant martensitic stainless steel,
hardenable by heat treatment, characteristics by high mechanical properities, high hardness and wear resistance,
moderate to good corrosion resistance, magnetic.
Applications e.g. Surgical and dental instruments, spring,molds for plastics. Balls, wear resistant components,
pump components, parts in control devicecs, diesel engine pumps. Hand tools for woodworking.
